nobody is questioning his managerial credentials.

hes a crook

Pablo is

On the bent side, he probably did do it as have a load of other managers including BSA.

Lets not prtend that we are squeaky clean. Our owner / benefactor is a tax exile who borrows money to our club through some Bermudan company. to put it into perspective ?300k for him is probably 2 months wages if that. Its relative to a spark doing a big job on the side for cash.

I hope he gets off, best man for the England job IMO.

I dont mind him, would prefer him as England manager over another Capelo / Mclaren.

Done a decent job at Pompey and Spurs in my book as well. Yes he spent the money that was given to him to spend but fuck me wouldnt any manager. Steve Bruce and Mark Hughes have spent more than him and not achieved the same results.

Have they fuck.

And it bollocks how they paint up how good a job he has done.

They will say, "he turned a side in the bottom 3, into a Champs league team"

NO HE DID NOT.

He inherited a squad that had finished top 6, 3 seasons in a row, Ramos took that same squad on a bad run, THEN twitcher took over, and did what Jol did....with almost 3 times the money he had.

Have they fuck.

Mark Hughes definatly has, he spent fortunes at City and didnt get the results HR has. Bruce would be a close one but bar Wigan he has always splashed the cash about.

What our owner does isnt illegal.

What Redknapp has allegedly done is illegal.

Apart from that your bang on

You could say something similar about us when Megson took over, 4 top 8 finishes etc. He and many on here would still say he took us from dead cert relegation fodder.

they are the third best team in the league this season (so far) and that is some going when your ahead of Liverpool / Chelsea / Arsenal as they all have much larger resources than HR at Spurs.

Hughes got sacked before he got the chance, Redknapp has been given time as he took over when Spurs were bottom. Half the players Hughes signed help City win their first trophy for donkeys years last season.

They have spent a fortune to get as good as they are, they should be in the top 4.

And its only becasue LFC and Chelsea are going through transition, that they are in the to 4.

Thats irrelevant

You recon Hughes has spent less than HR, I think your miles off.

The fact is Spurs have spent less than Arsenal / Chelsea / Liverpool in recent years and so far this season they look a good bet to finiah above these teams. Pablo seems to think its fuck all to do with the manager and more to do with the fact that Spurs have spent more money than Everton that they are doing well.

Everyone spends more than Everton though.

It is relevant because you said he did'nt get the same results as Harry. Maybe he would of if he had the chance...

Thats not hard, even you lot spent more than us.

Look at Redknapps signings. He bought Palacios, Crouch, Bassong, Pienaar, Gallas, Freidel, Sandro, Defoe, Keane, Kaboul and more.

He inherited players like Bale, Lennon, Modric, Dawson, King, Assou ekotto i.e most of the best players at the club now.

Van der Vaart was bought for him as a present.

Maybee my nan would given the chance.

Fact is Hughes has spent more and achieved less.

Unless they have won trophies, they have both done fuck all.

Finishing 4th, wins you NOTHING, and 20 years time, it will NOT be in the Clubs honours list.

Maybee my nan would given the chance.

Fact is Hughes has spent more and achieved less.

Fact is Harry Redknapp has won exactly the same amount of trophies at Spurs that Hughes did at City.

Did he not win the FA Cup with Pompey?

Anyway your theory means that David Moyes, Big Sam, Tony Pulis etc have all done fuck all then

Bollocks

According to himself. Must admit if true, it surprised me

All of this has been done, as Redknapp is fond of pointing out, with a clear disparity between his own net spend, ?18.4m, and Mancini's, ?190.5m. "It's a different game when you buy players and pay them ?250,000 a week," he says, tongue in cheek. "To be honest, I'd fancy you [journalists] to manage [them]. You'd have a chance, wouldn't you? You'd win the league."

I know success is relative. But in 20 / 30 years time, all's Moyes will have against his name at Everton is an FA CUp losesr medal.

And it works in Harry's favour when he is nicking players of smaller and less rich clubs than them.

yes, but he's kept a small club, with a shitty stadium, up

without taking em massvely into debt

i put that down as a major achievement

and IF IF IF mega bunging is taking place, it allows you to unsettle players, thus keeping the buying price lower than it perhaps should be
