February 6, 201214 yr For once i thought Coyle made the right decision switching to 4-4-2 but took the wrong player off. Muamba should of stayed on and Mavies gone off. We should of played Kdavies up front with Sordell feeding off him to go for the winner imo. We looked fooked after putting a lot of effort in on Wednesday too.
February 6, 201214 yr Agreed. 442 made sense at that point in the game. The decision about who to take off should be judged at the time. Even more so it's not clear cut as muamba, reo and mavies have all been playing well. You cant have a default position to never take muamba off. Sordell seems quite small so not sure he will be able to play up top by himself so if he is used, it will most likely be with two up.
