Trained here by Peter Snowden and ridden by Kerrin McEvoy. Won the Group One sprint at Flemington today at 6.50 - straight into quarantine and off to Blighty early December. Mental won its warm up race at Meydan a couple of weeks back and, according to those in the know down here, has a mortgage on the Golden Shaheen in Dubai on Saturday. No McEvoy this time - Barzalona in the plate. Tomato sauce unbackable odds down here. I am hopeful that you lads may get summat a bit more juicy than that. In Australia, the addition of blinkers added 3 - 5 lengths to him. They seemed to work in reverse here. Don't be put off - he will come to the UK and win major sprint races. That was an aberration.
