ha ha,nice one.................it's on the independent website, but i can't make head nor tail of it

:-) To be honest I'm not following it closely, think Bamako is still in the hands of the infidels and the Islamic nutjobs smashed up some graves or something they didn't like in Timbuktu when they were running about banning music and carrying out other acts of resistance against western imperialism. The nearer you get to the north eastern borders the more wonky it seems to be. I am always in favour of western bombs falling on al Qaeda heads, even if they are French ones.

and Daubhill beach would be short of pebbles.

Doubt we'll see our people on the ground there - certainly hope so anyway - France's air and ground forces are decent and numerous enough to deal with the situation, Id have thought us providing logistical help is more of a sign of solidarity than anything else. I wish the French all the best, which is a rarity in itself!

Just seen Sky News and they're showing a video of someone having their hands chopped off for robbing.

What do they do with all the hands? I hope they play loads of tricks on people afterwards, you know, make it all worthwhile.
