it's 19 years ago today that Kurt Cobain topped himself. That makes me feel very old.

 

Nevermind is still one of my favourite albums to this day, I remember hearing "Smells Like Teen Spirit" when it was released and thinking it was the greatest track ever......obviously I don't think that now, but it's still a good 'un

19 years..... That means with me being 35, he's been dead for longer than I had been alive when he killed himself (or something). My teenage hero and best summed up by the two Gallagher brothers who both had their say at the time of his suicide.

I remember finding Nirvana's Bleach album hard work. Loved Nevermind from the off.
