Good piece but it was actually IMO a minority that were booing, understandable with what we were witnessing. But around me anyway, NSL, most just sat in silence, in disbelief. Very soon though fans realised Zat needed support and applauded him from then on. When has booing ever improved anything.

I don't know him and he might be a good sort, but his persona and body language indicate arrogance and chip on shoulder, now that's ok if you Vincent Kompany but when your Zat 2 mistakes per game Knight it has the effect of pissing me and many fans off and royally so. Bolton fans will forgive a trier if he's giving his all doing his best ZK is either really shit or on the fiddle.

That is when he needs the fans...the real Bolton fans the most!  I have seen him outstanding for BWFC......you don,t become a bad player overnight.

For every good performance (and I admit they do occasionally happen) he has about ten absolute shockers, including two performances this season (Boro 1st half and Blackburn) that were as bad as I've seen a Bolton player have
