That's what pisses me off about club cricket.

Local lad pulling their tripe out week in week out and games are won by who can get the best pro.

sort of agree with you. but most of the best amateurs now recieve payment for there services. 

 

ie farnworth are sponsored by league sponsors axfords and some of players leave there clubs to go there to play cricket allegedly ???

 

league rules say youre allowed 1 pro who recieves payment. i dont have a problem with that put paying amateurs really pisses me off

T'other opener and I went for a combined total of 61 off our 12 overs each. The other 24 overs went for 139 runs. Ouch.

We kept up our 100% record. We batted first posted 187 bowled Darcy out for 150
