I'm considering being injured this weekend to look after my average.

All games rained off on sat.... Lets see what they do with the bradshaw/lostock 2nds game that should have been played that day

We should of played WH earlier in the season in the 40 over cup. Game was called off because of an inter league game.

 

Us and WH re-arranged the game, we informed the league and they said we couldnt play it as all games on the original date had been rained off.

If so, and all other games are a washout then it has to be classed as a washout.

They have re-arranged it for day after last game of season

I'd assume as it was a washout then they get 2 points.

Who was meant to host the fixture?

 

Kearsley played Lostock 2s on the Sunday, the day after we played them in the 1s. I asked at the time, 'What happens if the Saturday is a washout?'

 

Has to be 2 points.

Sunday's game has now been scrapped. Seems fair.

So you'd be happy with the pyrrhic victory caused because your nearest opponents couldn't play for enough points to put pressure on your team. That says a lot more about Horwich and their team than it does about Bradshaw.

Kind of makes discussion forums pretty shit if everything needs to be first hand rather than what someone heard anyway.

I'm sure it will be minuted somewhere that if Lostock 2s had to play on another date due to ground unavailability, then a washout on the original date would result in 2 points each for Lostock and their opponents.
