May 17, 201610 yr Where there's a will there's a way. My club should've been dead and buried years ago but we've made it through and the future is only looking stronger. Clubs need to ensure there is a path for the younger players to progress through to the first team rather than just chucking money at players. I wish Tonge the best of luck.
