June 12, 201412 yr Author I didn't mean for me! I'm very happy doing what I do. as long as the laptop is in the garden or your on course on a day like today Anyone who has kids or reletives of apprentice age 16 - 17 ideally will also be started on level2 business admin or customer service GNVQ

June 13, 201412 yr Author Thinly veiled 'I want to pay peanuts' not really. Government grants also available for me for having them. Younger workers tend to have no bad habits from other places and i can mould them into the reet type of person for each product we offer. maybe lower wages but their bonus structures are off the chain. learned the hardway in regards to staff treatment after having a tosser of a boss during my worktime. happy workers = bigger profits

June 15, 201412 yr Mate recruits many apprentices. Good luck finding decent candidates After three years of trying to find a decent one I've ended up taking a 63 year old on. Seems any decent yoof stay on in education, the rest just cba turning in/phoning in/learning a trade with potential for great pay future/working in general.
