We'd played most of the top teams by the time NL joined last season so lasdt seasons stats include better teams only once, I'd not be surprised if his record ends up worse this season with that in mind. Not that I neccessarily think he should do any better with resources we have

Who the hell would come in for him? He's got to build a reputation before he could command a better job I'm hoping that one day we'll be worrying about losing him because it'll mean he's done a good job for us.

That's what I said about reputations Mounts. He had a very good one when we took him on, and bar the religious zealots, we were all pleased. An outsider may now have their doubts. If you were good at your job, but weren't backed by those above, would let your good work go to waste, or walk?
