Just had a meeting on Churchgate. Sad to see the Bolton News offices empty. And in a week or two the Travel Counsellors building opposite will be empty. Another 200+ people spending approx £20 per week on parking and lunches in the town... plus whatever other services they spend their hard-earned on - all being lost. Very sad state of affairs.

 

When will it get better? Should these empty offices be turned into apartments?

I’ve noticed you ain’t replied to my earlier post. Ok then if you had to move back to Bolton which of the Asian dominated areas would you choose to live in. You’ve got Blackburn road, halliwell, Chorley old, Gilnow, Deane, daubhill, great lever, burnden or Moses gate?

Ok then so which Asian dominated areas of Bolton are now seen as good places to live because Asians live there. If things got bad for you and you had little money would you be up for renting a property slap bang in the middle of daubhill or would you look to an area full of whites??
