Looked like a proper old school away following that.

 

Greenhous was appropriate with that weather - looked like a superb day out.

How good was that !!

Aboslutely top day out.

A few of our usual suspects were AWOL.

But the rest of were definately on from.

Special mention for Whispering Bobs , pub map .Mind you pubs were easy to find and each one seemed to have a few friendly but pissed Wanderers fans in.

Breakfast in Montgomerys Tower was followed by a swift couple outside The Salopian Bar.( Whiteshirt holding court outside) Or to put it anotherway , blocking the bloody pavement with a table and chair.

Onwards to.The Hole in The Wall then onto my favorite of the day Admiral Benbow.

Complete with vibrating floor , a group.of guys all wearing bright green Airmaxes (not bwfc fans ).

The Bat was happy supping expensive lager in a stupid glass.

Whilst i knocked back copious pints of Hunny Bunny Ale.

We did call in the.pub next door before most of us setting off on the 30 min hike to the ground.

Brilliant atmosphere as everyone has stated.

When the 2nd goal went in , that was the best celebration for years.

We have finally have got OUR club back !!!.

Managed to grab a buzz ride back into town. Saw loads of older faces and witnessed the singing on the platform.

Back into Manc and a quick chill in Monroes before heading back to Bolton and realised i was Hank Marvin.

Quick phonecall to Ashburner Street and he met up with Sputnik and Myself for a curry.

00.30 . Time to head back to Howfen after 16 and a half hours on the road supporting my team along with 1499 other not quite rights.
