As for puddings, as yorkie is excellent when filled with sausages and onion gravy. With a pile of chips and peas and sweetcorn.

As for favourite tea (supper) can't beat a chippy tea. Pie chips and gravy or fish chips and gravy.

Isn't gold for hard water; don't need it here. Anyhow I use decaf and its still excellent.

 

Tith has the sausages cooked in it, I love a plain one with the filling added after. Also good with roast beef slices or slow cooked lamb/pork pulled.

You cannot get pudding, chips, peas and gravy down here (with a can of Vimto) which was my Friday go to back up T north

 

Last time she said 'yes we do puddings' - it was a fcuking pie, love - a pie!

Get yourself up to Barrons Of Beef on Chorley Old, theirs are spot on.

They're quite nice just a bastard when they're freshly fried as you get 2nd degree burns when the fat runs down the chin. And that's not a euphemism ;-)

Fair enough!  I have been known to dabble in an evening fry up but feel I lean more towards the carb heavy, rather than meat heavy, options such as beans, hash browns etc

 

I'm loving egg fried rice at the minute - rice has to be cooked day before though or else it turns into a soggy, sticky mess.  Egg first, obvs

Breakfast, dinner, tea.

 

Favourite tea if the Mrs is out is a fish curry rice. Never get chance to cook it usually as she won't have fish in curry.

 

I'm craving Chicken Dynamos now though after your post. Will end up getting some and being sorely disappointed I can tell. It'll be like fish finger butties, in theory they should be ace but in reality they are proper disappointing.

Rice and 3 did the best fish massala on a Friday I've ever had.  Love a fish curry.  Used to make a mean cod cheek one but can't get that cut round here; important as they were proper firm so held together.

 

Know what you mean about fish finger butties - we had the same idea a few week ago and it wasn't what I expected.  Need to stump up for good quality ones but then why put them in a butty?

If I'm being a bit posh - oysters with a wee splash of Ardbeg 10 in them.
