Well a very uneventful day

Picked Mr H up in a taxi at 08.30, went to the cafe near the Vulcan - Closed so walked up Wigan Road to the cafe near the bookies and ordered a full English and a cup of tea, MR58 phoned in sick. Rest of the lads turned up apart from 1 so 23 turned up 2 ducked. Down to the Vulcan for some fine Strongbow, at 10.30 Carl rang the coach company to ask where our coach was 'What coach' twats hadn't booked it, after several phone calls they advised that an emergency driver had been called in and the coach was on it's way. At 11.45 we were still sat in the Vulcan.  Anyhow, he turned up and due to the time we had to go straight to Forest, managed to get there at 14.30, bought a ticket and moved to the bar area of the ground, bottles of Bulmers £3.80 for half a pint, thieving twats. Honouring tradition, we stayed under the stands until the bar closed during the second half so went up for the last 30 mins. Saw Jules dribbling under the stand and throwing beer over himself as usual but not many others. Match over, we're stopping off at Sandbach on the way home for a couple of hours, driver missed the turn off so straight back to the Vulcan. I've been on better trips thats for sure

We were superb. Very unlucky.

Got to beat burton now. Im confident that we will. COYWM

I guess it all comes down to quality. With better finishers we score 2 more and with better defending we concede at least 2 less, Can't fault the effort really but it's becoming a pattern away from home.

I still can’t get how shit forest was

I still can’t get how shit forest was

Thats the most frustrating bit about it

Despite going 1 down early our lot soon realised we didn't have to hoof it every time we got and after 10 mins got it down and started passing and playing

Pre match jäger isn’t big or clever

Just watched the goals

Keeper poor on all three

Keeper poor on 2/3 against Wolves

Shame they didn't let Beavers know that we didn't have to hoof it. I lost count of the number of times, under not much pressure, he just lumped it to Forest's keeper.

Gutted. Should have won. Pleased to see us never really out of the game but stupid mistakes are killing us
