Boils down ironically to what we were chatting about yesterday re Tommy Robinson.

The Kurds protesting.

It was the Kurdish Centre in Haringay where Tommy originally went yesterday before being following to his Big Smack before returning back to interview the swamp monsters.

As I said yesterday and many times previously, the far left (Antifa) amd myself being very centrist, share some common ground in supporting the Kurds, yet they target Tommy Robinson who is also on the Kurdish side, he’s actually got some very influential people there who he can certainly count as friends.

Obviously, there’s other issues they don’t share with Robinson, but there is hugely common ground here with the Kurds.

They’ve a march going on in London on the 24th of this month, it’s actually a good excuse for Antifa not to attend other major demos happening that day.

The Kurdish question is a massive issue, it’s going to make a lot of headlines this year.

And folk want the EU to allow Turkey ?

Stroll on me Owd China......

There were plenty 'stupid, unwashed treehugging freaks' volunteering to fight (and die fighting) Daesh in Raqqa etc. Even Miami acknowledges that.

Isn't there a Turkish Embassy/Consulate in Manchester? Surely that is, or should be, the target...

How many times are 'the left' accused of tacit support of terrorists like Daesh then they get shit for protesting. Make your mind up.

Edit: wrote the above whilst miami was posting...

Fuck me.....even me and Youri sharing common ground now.......and I don’t mean Great Lever. :D

Afrin is the topic of the march in London on the 24th.

To be honest, I thought it was that Turkish guy we signed years ago.

We probably agree on loads, Saudi-funded Mosques being especially pernicious for example...yet, bizarrely, tolerated.

I'm far from a Red-Flag singing comrade, I couldn't bring myself to add another pointless vote for Yasmin in the last G.E. - in fact the last time I voted Labour was probably in the first G.E. I was able to - 1997.

I see what you've done there!

I'm just glad the topic is what it is...

I expect I wasn't alone opening it with a fear of the worst.

Good man..it seems we share much of the same common ground after all.

Looking at the following link, I’d rather knob a Kurdish wench any day of the week..I’m sure most will agree on that too..:D

Plenty of Kurdish ladies at the bottom end of Daubhill and Deane these days.

I see what you've done there!

I actually thought at first that you may have just posted what has the Kurdish question got to do with us pal...:D

But and joking aside, today’s protests at Manc bring it home to us, as we host so many Turks and Kurds, our hometown being a prime example of this.

Manchester is going to be lively tonight.

The Middle Eastern wars are on our streets..........where’s that whistling emoji.......

I actually thought at first that you may have just posted what has the Kurdish question got to do with us pal...:D

The fact that this is happening 1400 miles closer than Rome probably makes it a little more relevant :)

It's on Platform 13.

It is now buddy, but how long before the Italian issue is here ?

The clock is ticking......:D

Judging by the 'town centre' thread - some of us think it already is.

Mind you - if I was homeless and Tommy Robinson turned up filming me - I'd probably tell him to fuck off as well! :)

Careful pal, Tommy would drop you with a sweet right hook....:D

Idiots. Sympathy with them but protest in the right way!

Got to disagree with you about Tree hugging - give it a try with family/friends etc. If you've got a big un, try looking up at the top at the same time and not fall over.

Trees are ace and not politically correct; and they make thousands of roof battens that miamiwhite rips out and gets his mates to dump at the end of your road...

Will do. Cheers

I genuinely don't understand what this protest was all about

Can anyone enlighten me or post a decent link

Best of luck to them if they’re expecting to get on a train to Bolton.
