A Derby winner still in training over fences at the age of 42, ridden by an 85yo amateur jockey who’s yet to ride under rules? I just don’t see it.

Another registration charge has popped up on companies house, seem's it's just Micheal James securing his assets?  https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11761052/filing-history

Sort of, yes.

It's not like for like with the two filed already, this is MJ - or rather Prescot Business Park taking head security of the hotel FWHL Hotel Ltd.

Interesting also that if I've read the document secured on the hotel it seems to list the names of those involved in the consortium putting money in to the whole venture namely Brittan and Luckock (spelt Lucock on the document), Michael James, Jeffrey Paul Thomas, Keith Morris, Nicholas Mason, and Timothy Murphy.

Brittan - property

Luckock - investment capitalist?

James - Wanderers fan and saviour

Thomas - Investor in IT technology

Keith Morris - retired Insurance Company owner

Mason - Pink Floyd

Murphy - ?

Its Jeff Thomas - who was in originally and a director on companies house originally.

Too much of a coincidence for this not to be Murphy?

Tim Murphy with Bolton (Lostock even) connections is this bloke whose is the founding partner of Seneca Banking's part of the business to focus on stressed corporate opportunities.

The Seneca Group deals with real estate development -

Could be the connection to the investment bank behind the FV consortium?

Let’s hope he’s a Wanderer, it’s possible he’s friends or has buisness links with with MJ.

5 new entries on FV Companies House pages today.

Shaza and James no longer people with significant control.  Preseumably their stake is now diluted by other investors.

Some players who have left have not yet been paid. Not sure I'd describe them as "staff". And I assume that is merely waiting clearance of PFA loan and practicalities of paying non-employees.

Any of the accounting ways folk want to break this down for us?

Not quite sure in there it shows anything than a summary of each entity and registered addresses?

had a look on companies house and I suspect a new holding company has been set up and all charges will be in that and MJ and Sharon will be shareholders in that

People on twitter searching for answers on who Gary White is, as all the companies house links are in his name.

All I care about is that we have a club again

not only staff members who've left, no idea what the delay is, but hopefully doesn't drag on

Those companies are new companies and dormant - they may be linked to the club and transfer of assets or they may not be . All registered to Gary White in Southport.

Fair, I assumed it was something to do with the old BWFC company being dissolved and replaced. If that’s the right terminology.

People worried that the club is under one man’s name again. Didn’t want to rush into judgement though.

Same bloke seems to have registered companies called "News of the World limited" in 2011 after News of the World ceased to exist. Might be a crank...or someone just looking to profit from registered trade names perhaps? Or might be linked to FV - I'm erring on side of not though.

wCook seems to be one of those nutjobs who buy up domain names/set up companies for a couple of pounds hoping that a real company wants the name and is prepared to pay to acquire the domain/company name.

I think FV is the holding company an that is why PBP has registered a charge on it in relation to the hotel they already have registered a first charge on under FVWL Hotel Ltd.

The most interesting entry that no one seems to have mention is the £2.75m of shares have been issued in JV and it will be interesting to see who and how that's split when the details are shown in full in the next few days, as whoever owns the shares - owns the club!

Yes to your first question and not as long as it can be paid back when due, to your second.
