I’ve said if he does something that has news appeal it will be front page news (see the last few days) his missus getting pregnant will fall into that category funnily enough. If he’s just having a coffee every day, going for a run, taking the kids to school he will more than likely be on pages 6/7 with Tommy fury and Katie Price. The Royal Family as an institution understands this, and knows they'd likely lose any public fight against them, so does what it can to play the game and avoid provoking them - dignified silences, avoiding politics, "never complain, never explain" etc. Harry and Meghan adopted a different strategy and tried to take them on directly: a brave move but probably ill-advised. The media battle intensifies and both parties end up where they are. I think that difference in media strategies is a pretty big factor in all this.
