Eight people, including six Asian women, were killed in shootings at three different businesses in Atlanta and Acworth, Georgia, on Tuesday, according to local police. A male suspect was arrested and charged with several counts of murder on Wednesday, police said. At a press conference in Atlanta on Wednesday, authorities identified the four victims killed in Cherokee County.

It would. But I think 8 years prevents people like DT bending the rules so far in his favour that it prevent them from being unbent. 

So far in my lifetime - we've not had anyone whose as much of a loon as DT so we haven't had to worry about it. 

I take your point though - if you had a President that everyone is happy with then yes it would give them a chance to put their policies in place. A bit like China 😁
