Gave up smoking nearly 3 years ago using e-cigs, would rather do neither but it's lesser of two evils for now for me. I tried cold turkey many times before that, and realised how pathetically low my will power is. Thought i'd miss the cigs but i don't...obviously still getting nicotine though which helps...but the smell of smoke & smokers knocks me sick now. All it makes me think is fck me did i really go round smelling like that for 20 years !
