Cherno Samba, who remembers him?

 

was meant to be the next big thing, had arsenal and manure offering a millions when he was 14 at millwall...

 

 

no doubt somebody will say he is/was "ace" on "Championship Manager 7" or something :-k

Remember seeing him score two for England schoolboys years ago. He was supposed to take the place Walcott did.

 

Thought I'd get a chance to see him last season, considering Cadiz had been promoted to La Liga. Got loaned out to the Segunda Division straight away though.

Samba was the best kid around, more due to the fact that he looked like a fully grown fella at 14 than anything else. The rest of the playground caught up & now he's average at best.
