I was asked to go and look at suspended ceiling in a massive dance hall thingy at a school in Aintree as it had began to sag to quite an alarming rate,even thought it had only been installed 6 months previously. When I looked above the ceiling I honestly couldn't believe my eyes,how the ceiling had remained suspended as long as it had is beyond me,and what was worse class full after class full of kids were in there all day every day. Along with ceiling having about 3 hangers in it for the whole room,the fuckers had screwed L-brackets into the plaster using 32 mm screws....and that's about it! It was a 200m2 ceiling of solid metal and tiles hung relying totally on screws going through plaster. Cunts. Cost em a bleedin fortune to get it re-hung...
