Got to love Boris. Currently arguing that the UK should stay as a union because there is strength in numbers and it’s always better having countries working as one. No shit

My MP has tweeted to say that the PM has his full support. I have emailed to say that if he votes for Boris tonight then he will never get my vote.

I can just about forgive MPs who have said / done nothing up until now. But to actually vote and support him tonight…

  5. Friend of mine was working at the final on Saturday and assured me there were 1000s of fans locked out after the stadium was full. Police definitely have lessons to learn but are we really saying that they need to be prepared for literally any eventuality? Should they really be able to cope with 500,000 Liverpool fans if that’s how many decided to turn up? Because if we are they we should all be expecting far higher tickets prices in future to pay for that resource.
  6. Media are too scared to say anything remotely negative about Liverpool fans. Not a single comment about the fact there were thousands more fans trying to get into the stadium than seats available
  7. Assuming it’s not a fake then this Gary Walsh is textbook twat
  8. Ground was completely full with an estimated 30k still trying to get in. Not their fault thought
  9. You are indeed having a bit of a brain fart. The rule is 2 players. But it’s almost always the goalkeeper and 1 defender.
  10. Well the stadium is now close to full. And there are supposedly thousands of fans unable to get into the ground. You do the maths….

So today I have woken up very angry. I’m angry with Boris. But I’m also angry with people who aren’t angry with Boris. Have people forgotten how truly horrible life was back then for so many people?

Latest line being peddled this morning is the admission that there were parties. And that Boris might have been there. But didn't stay long enough for him to consider himself to have been part of the party.
  13. Some of the replies in this thread are just incredible. 21 people have just died. 19 children....

I've never been a particularly political person. I certainly don't have any allegiances to any political party. But I've reached the point that if there was a march in London to demonstrate against not only Boris but the Tory party as as a whole who refuse to get rid of him, then I would probably go. I know a lot of people say that they just don't care any more, but the example we are setting to our children with this shambles is beyond a joke.

Also loving the “we’re at war” line being rolled out. Even more reason not to have a lying, deceitful imbecile at the helm.

Particularly enjoying the shambolic range of explanations and excuses being rolled out this morning. - it wasn’t a party - they were doing very important work so should be cut some slack - he wasn’t there for long Given how important the work they were doing was supposed to be, it’s a bit worrying that each seem to have polished off a bottle of wine
  17. I wouldn’t want to be a player from a visiting team, waiting to see if someone coming up to me is going to shake my hand or cave my head in.
  18. Vieira in trouble. Kicked a fan on the pitch tonight
  19. wiggy replied to Mantra's topic in Terrace Talk
Guilty plea but claimed he hadn’t even seen Sharp and was simply running across to 3 of his mates. Deserves an extra 24 weeks for that bollocks alone
  20. wiggy replied to Mantra's topic in Terrace Talk
I’d say it’s possibly a bit convenient that the Mcburnie video only starts when it does. Wouldn’t mind seeing what had happened before then. Hypothetically, if Mcburnie has seen Sharp head butted and then had someone snack him round the back of the head….

Loads of Luton players were confronted on the pitch immediately after they had lost on Monday. Imagine how pumped up those players would be at that point. And how upset as you’ve probably just missed out on your one chance of playing in the premier league. And suddenly you’re faced with a group of coked up twats all in your face. Could end very very badly

Arrest made. That should be a decent stretch inside. Was only a matter of time until this happened. Or worse.
  23. wiggy replied to Rudy's topic in Terrace Talk
Just watched his interview. He speaks very well and explains why it was so important for him not to hide who he is any more. Hopefully he will inspire others. Must be horrible feeling you have to live with that as a secret. Well done to him.
  24. Pretty amazing that Grealish wasn’t the worst £100m signing last summer
  25. Even if Putin “wins” in Ukraine, Russia is completely screwed for decades.
