  1. Lennie Lawrence must think he's won the lottery he's well past his sell by date bet he can't believe his luck.
  2. Stops Reading going above us I am happy with that.
  3. Think the club should use in marketing material the difference in cost for buying a ticket match by match and by purchasing a season ticket that might concentrate a few minds and persuade more folk to back the club by purchasing a ST.
  4. The singing all so staged from United it makes me puke and they don't half thing there something, cunts all of them never met a decent United fan.
  5. I think the only idea that will drastically increase next years season ticket uptake is the free one if we get promoted. Unfortunately though it sets a dangerous precedent and it might result in massive reduction in uptake a season later if we get relegated. One simple thing to improve the walk up is cash turnstiles it's a ball ache getting a ticket on the day and having to queue up at the ticket office.
  6. Warrington to Horwich by public transport is a nightmare they might have been better doing Warrington to Preston then Preston Horwich park way. The club should consider Warrington to Horwich bus via Leigh surely there's a few Bolton would use that route.
  7. The worry is were playing some very attractive football and only lost twice at home since Lennon came is and attendances are still dropping, it really is piss poor. I think every game should be £20 maximum from now until the end of the season and a fiver for kids, lets get folk back to see if we can get them looking at a season ticket for next season.
  8. You can't displace our fans in the east lower to give it away fans it's where most of our season ticket holders sit that'd be madness.
  9. That was a few years after Bolton were on the shed larging it up, Chelsea in them days was notorious not many fancied a trip there.
  10. He walks with a wiggle and he talks with a squawk He's 5 foot 4 and he's from up north. He's better than messi and scores goals for fun. he walks with a wiggle and talks with a sqwauk We're all doing the Zach Clough boot walk.
  11. For most folk the answer is a resounding no judging by the attendance. I thinks it's plain to see that at £20 per ticket there would have been a bigger crowd the club need to re-think the pricing structure especially as there is now very little to play for this season.
  12. Died ages ago that was from 2009.
  13. Brian moore wasnt happy with that Bolton win, clutching at straws on the penalty, good Bolton team was that.
  14. They have only won the FA Cup once should not be to difficult to win that argument.
  15. Was looking forward to the Bradford game, which fuckwit though villa v leicester was the game to screen?
  16. I think we should all be worried about attendances, the more crowds we get the more money we can spend and I dont want a retro 1980s experience ever again 5000 and less is not pretty.
  17. I would give him another year and I could see him managing the club in the future so I think he should be retained after that as a coach if that is a route he wants to go down, hope if he does get the BWFC gig one day Gudni is involved in the mix.
  18. I think it can be done and playing good attacking football should help, the problem is that many previously loyal fans have got out of the habit and I dont see them ever returning on a regular basis , therefore we need to concentrate on new younger fans and contnue helping familes to bring their kids and make them the fans of the future.
  19. Its sad that a town cannot get a crowd in for the local team more than 14k, it is terrible for a town the size of Bolton, the shame is these days many people are not brought up to have pride in the community they live in and in the world today many people just follow the bigger clubs like sheep, I really dont know what BWFC can do to reverse the way folk are today, this is another thing about modern society I dislike.
  20. I think a bit of experience might steady the ship at the back definitely think of getting Mcnaughton back into the team to organise and even Moxey.
  21. Danns is a good player going through a bad patch, some folk need to show a little faith and loyalty.
  22. Next week is a massive game for most of our players, many didn't put a shift in at the end for Freedman they should be motivated like never before. I have no clue how this game will play out but think it's going to be an intriguing fixture.
