A win is a win but we were a better keeper away from being shut out by 10 men from a poor team. Lallana, Rooney, Sterling, Ox, Welbeck...why are we so impotent with good players like them.

I can understand Ani's concerns but every appointment carries a fair chunk of risk that it won't work out. Its an imaginative and exciting appointment by the club. Onwards and upwards.

What's Harewood done (apart from have a head like a sperm whale)? Missed that one. Can't think of a bigger wanker for manager than Dennis Wise so he has to get the job if we are going down that route.

http://www.scotsman.com/news/scotland/top-stories/neil-lennon-s-four-controversial-years-at-celtic-1-3420486 Interesting remark from Charlie Nicholas (I don't know if he was sitting there when he thought this): "Charlie Nicholas, a former Celtic and Arsenal striker and now a TV pundit, said even if Lennon ended up at a club in the English Championship – the second tier – it might renew an appetite for the game that has waned in Scotland." Article also mentions that one of the reasons it is thought that Lennon left is that he was fed up working with tight financial restrictions.

What is it about Lennon than people don't like? Is it just because he is an Irish Catholic?

Bolton V Bournemouth
We're a shambles but Bournemouth have only won 1 of last 8 league games (home to Wigan) and conceded in last 4 away games. BTTS and Bolton to win is 5/1 with BetVictor

Speaking of retro I saw some young turk yesterday wearing one of those Gabicci-style 80s jumpers - all leather and suede patches on it. Horrific.

Exactly what I was thinking last night - who has he signed that improves the team? By definition they should then be pretty much an automatic choice.

Wisdom Tooth Is Coming Through
I was all down to have 2 of them out about 15 years ago. A dentist told me there was a 1% chance of getting a lisp from damage to the nerves so fooked it off. Occasionally they flare up but never as bad as 15 years ago. Isn't removal elective now?
