I agree completely, I also watch some of them, but either fast-forward past many of the fights and pissed up people, i'm not a fan of showing all that either. People are trying to let hair down and relax....people get their backs up and become defensive when a camera or even if people just rock up and talk to you these days. No chance at all for me, not yet anyway. Lammens has been very good for United, very good. Sanchez has actually been decent for Chelsea...couple of mistakes lately but he is a decent keeper. Plenty better than him, and Chelsea do need to improve on him......but current Trafford is not an improvement, he may well be one day. You will have a soft spot for Traff, but he is not as good as most Bolton fans make out...he played for you in Division 3.

I make my own mayo using the 0% Greek yogurt....so add that to loads of meals, which bulks up those protein numbers. Also the protein cheeses are good.

Nah not really, easy hit 100g protein per day. I do still get hungry before meals....but I used to proper crave food, like get the shakes and get angry....so would binge to get that food hit....that doesn't happen now, and hopefully I learn enough about food to prevent to crashing like fat fucker again. I do between 1600 and 2200 cals per day, avg at around 1800.
