  1. Tbf that’s really bold for him. Come on then
  2. We’ve had 24% possession obvs controlling the game without the ball in a Freedman style. 🙄
  3. It’s a failed experiment for me, you can’t play that style of football in our league with the players at our disposal, it just doesn’t work.
  4. 62% possession first half, go in nil nil. Come out second half and play like it’s a brand new team and let them have numerous chances. They score on 68 mins, Evatt subs off Charles at 75mins, puts on Dempsey instead. Lose one nil.
  5. Saving mine for Saturday afternoon

Campo used to booze with my mate ( city fan ) in the Press club in Manchester. He’d get bladdered most weeks.
  10. Surely Jerome would be a pen taker? 💣
  11. I’m in a less hopeful mood. We showed a battling spirit last night, but the cold truth is we can’t score against a busy defence. Almost looks like we slow up looking for a perfect ball into the box. 20 shots to 8 is the truth behind our failings. Felt like a big positive with the efforts of the second half, but will that be enough against Derby, Portsmouth and Peterborough?

Ogbeta ( I think! ) squandered two good chances going for glory. He might be getting there position wise, but his decisions cost us last night.

    He was no Rasiak 💣
  17. The 2nd half chance with Jerome and Adeboydells was interesting. They being fresh legs ran up the pitch and there was a large gap behind as they did so. The chance was missed, but a glimpse at our midfield showed the majority with hands on their knees catching some breath. They looked knackered.

Not seen or heard much about Herr Flick , although I have heard his family got rich off the back of a painting of a fallen Madonna with a fine pair.

Reckon we’ll get a tune out of him. Just need a ‘Robson’ type midfielder to form a good partnership
  23. I thought he was a cracking laugh in Police Academy
  24. Has the Ginge Moriniho finished his garden yet?
