  1. Apparently the unclaimed £33 million lotto ticket was bought in a bolton morrisons on Saturday. Surely someone isn... I'm keeping my gob shut..
  2. So the sale of the car park to Emerson is the last hope? Hmm..
  3. Tis true, but it's 2 rising to 3 Steve so you'll pay 3
  4. And people are still questioning why it hasn't been sold!
  5. Ha ha! Tomato tomato He won't go to either ☺️
  6. Being realistic the lad is not going to go to Bristol Rovers. Hanging your hopes on that is going to lead to disappointment.
  7. Nowt like mates at another club to bump the price up eh? Like he'll go there ffs.
  8. I'm trying to keep it under control, I really am, but I feel another Heskey rant coming on.. Sorry people
  9. hmm that's just decreased the likely hood of anyone wanting to buy us prior to the start of February?
  10. What did he cost is the question? Trying to think of positives... Did he help form relations with city for future loan players is the only one I can think of?
  11. Anyone actually remembering that Lostock is 'owned' by Brett Warbie?
  12. I would think that Emerson would be interested in the car park and subsequent management, rather than taking over a football club. More offices.. More cars..
  13. First game and he dons tracksuit and white trainers.. ????
  14. Yep we give them at least a point most games
  15. The talk has become incredibly stale, and I for one am fed up with clicking on every available news source. We're now discussing the manager which shows everyone feels similar. I still feel we'll avoid admin, whether or not this will be ultimately beneficial is a different matter. I also can't see many players walking, they'd be on better money here potentially. I won't name names, but some of them aren't going to be top of the shopping list for most championship clubs.
  16. Before the premier that was also pre administration. Crowds comparison aside, if it is run well and the match day experience improved, why can't we aim for similar?
  17. Good example, Southampton would be another. It is possible.
  18. I'm just glad some of you lot aren't in control. You'd walk away from the stadium?! For a couple of mil debt and running costs?
  19. So for the sake of my ill informed admin knowledge, what happens to players contracts? Do they run on if a buyer is found after admin, or is the contract with previous owner? Case here of Darlington: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/9018563/Darlington-forced-to-make-players-and-staff-redundant-after-clubs-enter-administration-for-the-third-time.html
  20. Emile Heskey. I rest my case m'laud.
