you seriously believe Parky would have kept us up in same circumstances Hill has faced? I dont think so in a million years. and i certainly wouldnt have been there to see it id had more than enough Parky ball
  3. it is. says it all really. why cant anybody just apologise these days? everything has to be "spun' . The orchestrated defence of him is worse for me than what hes actually done. massively disappointed. just a big 'fuck you' to everyone who has followed govt advice up until now. And press still managing to act like cunts hes right about that too.

There was stuff going on over January behind the scenes that undoubtedly made Hills job harder.i know he doesnt help himself at times and we were utter shit after xmas but i honestly think any manager would have struggled with the players we have at the moment.
  5. I know whod id sit him next to!
  6. yep might as well now. its been happening for a couple of weeks now seeing it at work. if they ooened pubs/restaurants/football tomorrow i wouldnt be going but plenty will.
  7. who gives a fuck if he travelled 250 miles to see his parents really? if you heard it about a bloke in the steeet youd just shrug. not broke any laws why should he resign? only gobshites who cant get over brexit and losing the election are bothered and who hate the tories anyway. and it happened in march? jeesus no wonder folk have given up on the news.
  8. Bergkamp utter class. Him and Henry classiest most skilful strikers ever in Prem. Talkshite my arse
  9. you are spot on BD. Sister who works in Primary school has had same letter, basically saying do not co-operate with management or help to find a solution to current crisis so schools can start again in June. The more the likes of Militant Mick say its not about politics the more obvious it becomes its all about that for the unions. Hes the one talking bollocks.
  10. i think he was much more sinned against but im hardly unbiased! he was ace surely best value signing we have ever made? he was a proper tough guy as well, never needed to boast about it just got stuck in. Good to know he even had respect of best team and players at the time. No wonder he absolutely terrified the likes of west ham and Newcastle!
  11. anybody watch homicide life on the streets? by the same bloke who went on to write the wire? got it on dvd and never watched it yet. also bought "the corner ' on strength of the wire (early HBO series only a few episodes) but not watched it yet.
  12. main characters women directed by women written by women. men being skewered left right and centre. on bbc will run and run 1st season good. 2nd not so much. 3rd utter tosh.

gutted. i knew it was coming but enjoy my trip to London. be more upset about this than the Premier League being binned off for the year.
  14. very few outside your world have been watching e sports(what the fuck is it?) or Belorussian Footie i would wager.
  15. Chris Kamara bleating footballers are being singled out and no way should they take pay cuts. we should be grateful they pay so much tax seems to be his main argument. They are going to kill the golden goose (if it hasnt died already). these increasingly desperate attempts to get premier league re started everyone knows its all about money. going to turn a lot of people off this.
  16. if it means no chance of bumping into miserable mick i will be straight into the Robert Shaw once this is over. do a valuable community service do spoons
  17. think its time for a revisit of the shield. loved it first time, the odd bits dragged a bit (wasnt a big fan of the Glen Close season) but fuckin brilliant mostly. loved that season where Vic ran rings around Forrest Whittaker (great actor for me) inc doing his wife. also that cop who was always shirking was a great character. brilliant series would be in my all time top 10. got to be
  18. Thats how i feel after 2 episodes. No balance btween the comedy and the depressing bits which made the First Season so great. looks like hes mined most of the comedy out if the situation and all thats left is misery (and the dog) and that therapist -had enough of him already. Think i will take your word and sack it off and go back to Ozark & Fauda maybe just not in mood for depressing stuff at moment.
  19. was taking the piss like everyone else does in here. knowing how much he loves bolty.
  20. Thats all some want to do and they are usually the ones saying keep politics out of it. im critical of government in that this lockdown is now a farce because theres too many ways of breaking it and some folk just dont care. its getting to stage once again were the sensible law abiding people suffer until they too sack it off. but anyone saying it would be better under Labour can do one
  21. please stop quoting the miserable shed dweller. have him on ignore on Bolty's advice (top fella) and been happy since.
