Yeah Allardyce is shite, never done anything good for this club. Never made any great signings, never set up the best backroom staff in the business, never dragged a failing club out of nowhere to be a top 10 prem club after spending fcuk all, what a c*nt he is, I wish he'd never taken over the club and Roy McFarland had stayed - he woulda been great for us.

I'm firmly against the booing/turning-against of any player wearing a Bolton shirt, and think Nicky Hunt is simply the flavour of the month - when he came on yesterday I was praying for him to get the winner, as I will on Tuesday night - 1) to get his confidence back 2) to laugh at some of the mugs on here. ............................. ............................. However................. Money talks, and yes a possible tune is in the air :D/

A good friend of our family owns a b&b jus outside Gretna (2 mins in car) called the Carrutherstown Hotel. Thats the accomodation sorted should we ever play em again

theres not many players who would get on with it like Pedersen does - the vast majority of players would kick up a hissy fit and go public with their unhappiness at being asked to play out of natural position. He tries his best and is one of the few who are 100% committed. He isn't great, but he's honest. And yesterday he played ok. Nothin brilliant, but nothin embarrasing. Better than most forwards playing at fullback. And let's not forget, if not for Pedersen's goals over the last few years we wouldn't even be in the prem, let alone Europe. Short memories.

One season doesn't constitute and era --- Burnden was an era. Last year we 'overachieved' for want of a better word. With our resources, crowd, squad and standing staying in the Prem every year should be first objective -- anything else is a bonus. The club's immediate goals should be becoming a consistent top 10 club --- not many manage that (see Villa, Newcastle, etc) even having spent much more. Top 10 is very successful for our club. Europe is a wonderful experience but it shouldn't be seen as an essential.

For fooks sake On current form and as much as it pains me to say it, Man U are the best team in the country. We've been beaten 2-1 by them. Many better teams will play worse against them and get beat heavier. Bolton's back 4 isn't as quick as the 4 forwards United had yesterday - FACT. If we'd carried on going at them, they would've pinged us on the break at will, so we had to change things and try and be more solid. I think Allardyce was wrong to bring on Hunt, BUT if we'd got a point yesterday it would've been seen as a brave and successful move. We've been beat at home by United - if thats the worst thing that happens to me in 2006 - wont be a bad fcuking year. My only qualm at the moment is that Big Sam criticised Stelios for speaking publically about his ambitions......... what the fcuk has he been doing for the last 3 months?? How can that not affect the players who only came here because of him and his ways??? He should shut his mouth and get on with the job he is paid to do and the job which put him in the England frame in the first place. Good day to you.

No they're an originals band, but they do quite a few covers for pub gigs. they do a great "i wanna be adored"

The venue half of the pub is top notch, I wish it was in the town centre cus it's one of the best soundin rooms around. The engineer they have there is quality too, love playin there. We're launchin our CD there, as Traf mentioned, on SUNDAY MAY 21st. We're bein supported by Asbo (very stone roses-esque) and it will be a top night. it'll only be a ??1 on the door, with FREE entry for WanderersWays people
