Every other thread on here bangs on about Gartside being satan - the man saved our club and is doing his best to ensure a financially sound future -- am I the only one who doesn't want to be where Derby, Leicester, Ipswich, Leeds, etc are??? I know its frustrating we havent signed anyone, but if you want to point the finger then surely the Warbies lot have a few questions to answer - they've had a large slice (sorry) of the club for a long time and have put nothing in. It's these people who are in a position to help the club by putting money in and make a difference. Warbies - where's the bread????

norwich never had any high earners other than Helveg who they flogged straight away, so their parachute payments would've been very useful indeed. As for "Gartside Out"... If Sam had wanted anyone bad enough he would've been given the money. I honestly don't think he found anyone available he was willing to spend what would be part of his summer budget on. Everyone bangs on about Sam saving us, but if not for Gartside we'd be fcuked financially and perhaps not even here. The man is as much to thank for our current lofty profile as Sam is, in my humble opinion anyway.

With campo now injured, I'd expect O'Brien to move into the holding midfield role, and Hunt can come back in a right back. I think people expect too much from Hunt - this is is 3rd season as a professional - he is still learning and has alot of potential, give the lad a break

WHO? Tyler, how are things working out with the band? Wish you had stayed solo or what? Things are goin well, we're startin recordin our debut EP in Feb which will be released through a Manc-based label. Since you saw us we sacked our guitarist and got a new one in, changed direction and sound gone much more indie and got rid of the rock. Still do some solo acoustic stuff around Manc and Liverpool, and there is gonna be another solo CD on the way late-summer, also through a Manc label. Come down and see us on Friday
