Fucking annoying. Its got worse around here since the council closed a local tip and started charging £3.50 per bag of builders rubble. Most laybys have rubble, settees, fridges or gardening waste tipped in them. I keep pestering our local councillors to put up some cameras to catch the cunts but they whinge about lack of funds.

Always liked him as a footballer. Worked hard at his game and took a a mean free kick. But ol red nose knew when to offload players who thought they were bigger than the club or whose form was waning. Bit part player for all the clubs he subsequently played for. The off the field stuff put me right off him as a person, believes in his own and wifes publicity machine and both have over inflated egos. They brazenly court publicity then throw around mega injunctions at the slightest negative stuff thats printed. Didn't do himself any favours with that documentary about him and his mates on their trail bikes in Brazil just before the world cup in 2014, his mask slipped quite a few times.

Aye, friends of ours just spent 5 weeks there. Not been but may start when my main pension comes through.

Blackburn is our local hospital and A&E now. I been there visiting the wifes relatives a number of times and did some Dietetic shadowing there four years ago. Like many new NHS establishments (including our new Health hub in Rawtenstall) the majority of space is made up of huge grandiose entrances, receptions and massive hallways and corridors. The wards and treatment areas themselves are tiny by comparison and beds seemed crammed together. Seems mad.

Trouble is Spain and the Med seems to be worse than here atm. More matches off in Spain last weekend than the UK. Not been to the Canaries in Feb/Mar since 2010. Last three times we went at this time of year it fucking pissed in down all week so gave it up as a bad job.

Just watched back to back last two episodes of Vikings in the current series. This production puts Game of thrones to shame. Ken Barlows son is deaf not a chip off the ol block! fantastic actor. pity he is now out for series 6. Defo 10/10 from me and a production that tries to stick to historically factual episodes for mot of the time.
