  1. admit it, you've just made half of those names up haven't you
  2. The two portly blokes with the flags who run up and down when we score The idiots with the drums
  3. the baddy was called Mumm-Ra from memory. And wasn't there a soft one called Snarff
  4. Previously you used to pay of in chronological order, now apparently they have to take it against the "highest interest" portion first
  5. I think he's played a few more than 9 games in the top flight. As far as I can tell, he's played 11 for West Ham and he played 16 for Norwich. IN total that makes 27 games in the top flight, with a total of 10 goals (3 for West Ham, 7 for Norwich)
  6. The other two are virtually at deaths door as well, I'm going for the clean sweep
  7. 'tis near Shrewsbury, so only about 90 miles away
  8. I used to enjoy watching The Flumps as a child, I saw an episode recently on one of the cable channels.............that was one deranged programme
  9. I would love to see him, I would even pay for the privilage as well............probably as much as ?30
  10. I do agree with that point, watching Chelsea is so dull
  11. Karen Ball will probably end up winning it
  12. I am, personally, in a bit of a quandry. I don't like United, and never want them to win anything. However, I live down south on the Herts/Beds border, and over the last few years the number of Chelsea "fans" has grown massively, they all profess to being life long fans, and I know some of them are, the majority though are the same kind of supporters that we so readily despise from Man Utd. I now also have a deep dislike for Chelsea.............
  13. I would keep him provided he knows he is only a "bench" player at best. If we do qualify for Europe next season, then we a squad player like Thompson could prove invaluable to us
  14. I agree, hopefully this will be the only match that they win for the rest of the season
  15. I'll give that a try for my lunch today, it sounds bizzare, but it might just work. I'll report back later
  16. I also went to a "St Georges Day Party" yesterday in my local, it started at 11:30, loads of great music, ?1.50 a pint and a BBQ. All in all a great day, I stumbled home at about 9(ish) and I feel grim as fcuk today
  17. Sweep

    Well

I wonder if our terrible goal difference could come to haunt us this season, even Reading are +9 on us! It really looks as though we are going right down to the last game to see if we can get that UEFA cup place.
  18. Mounts, I very much love you today
  19. Traf, they're a bit over the top for my liking. I prefer something a little more subtle................innit
  20. This is one thing the Germans have certainly got right. When I was working in Munich, I used to go watching Munchen 1860 occasionaly, it was only ever about ?8 to get in, and they were in the top flight them. Granted, it was in the Olympic stadium, which had seen better days, but you could sit in your seat with a beer. Also, you could get served at any point during the match or at half time in about 30 seconds flat as there were loads of kiosks/conscessions. I also went watching Bayern a few times which was exactly the same, but their fans are tossers.
