who do we stick in instead then joey OB is still out injured and im not a fan of having TBH down the flank cause he does not have the pace to get up and down. hunty is the weekest player in the team granted but he does what he is told to do and follows instructions. when he does something a bit iffy he now gets 15,000 people on his back. yesterday he everyone was up in arms because he cleared a ball that had dropped into the box and he had herd no call from jussi, im guessing thats exactly what sam and the coaching team would want him to do. sorry for you hunty hatters out there but he also set up the goal with a dam fine pinpoint cross and thought he did more good than bad for the team yesterday.

looking forward to this one today, almost a sell out should be 25,000 on and a new pitch will hopefully make the football abit better to watch than of late and im not stuck in the chav corner of the ground. come on you white men and never thought i would say this but come on you pie eatters

the big problem is with the hole nicky hunt thing is now that so many people have jumped on the band wagon and just get on his back for the slightest little thing he does wrong. on wednesday the ball bounced in front of him and he miss jundged the bounce so he couldnt head it as cleanly as he would like. flolowing this almost every crettin in the ground boos him. two minutes later gardner hits a ball 70 yards straight out of play for what seems like at least the 10th ocasion of the night and not a peep out of anyone. nicky hunt just gets abuse for the sake of it now and its just pethetic and inbarasing to have to listen to people call him for nothing

maybe so but acording to sam hes worthy of being in the team, there is no one better availeble to take his place at the moment he is far from the worst right back in the world its one of the hardest possisions to play and nicky has the miss fortune of also looking like the hunch back of notradam whitch makes him look even worse than he even is. granted his passing is not the best and his positional play could do with improving but he gets up and down the flank well and puts some very good crosses into the box.

lets for once not talk about nicky hunt after a game hes in the team the team won and kept a clean sheet with him in the defence thats all we need to worry about.

oh its the man hunt of nicky yet again (can you see what i did there). but on the point of jussi it was only a yellow cause he was jumping with his hands by his side and there were defenders behind him so he was not the last man.

yeah so would my friends who are big oldham fans but its the getting to are possision thats the fun part.

i watched two minutes of highlights on my phone and it looked like a fantastic performance and on sky they said we had 65% possesion. thank god i didt have to listen to it on gmr (or what ever they call it thease days) cause they made it sound like the dullest game ever.

dont get me wrong i would much rather watch us every week cause the football aint the best down there but it does make a refreshing change to go and watch someone else from time to time. it reminds u how far we have come and next week i will now go to the match and feel better about where and what we are compaired to the lower divisions.

iv had a great afternoon went to boundry park for oldham against trashmer last minute winning thru gavin ward droping the ball in the net. seeing all the plastic scousers kicking off was pricless i have got to admit im getting realy bored of premiership football this season and some of the best games i have been to have been in the lower leages. had a few trips to oldam this season and its a good day out, get there at bout 2 30 easy to park plenty of free street parking. have a pint in the bar they have in the stand and get served in secounds see some hardworking teams. back down the bar at half time again served in secounds. its all no smokeing so i dont have to stand in a smogy room with a load of chavs. wish it was like this at the reebok but i guess thats the price we have to pay to be in the premier league. nice to see a local team on the way to promotion as well, there fans are loving it hope they enjoy it while it lasts. variety is the spice of life as they say, think i mite spend a bit more time watching lower league football when i get the chance.

maybe they should stop growing thease pitches in somerset and go local. theres a nice looking field behind my house looks all rite to me and the cows seem to like the grass

good sqaud player, every player deserves a chance plus he has experience so he can come straight in if needed off the bench

a team comes and defends for there lives and we complain we go away and deffend for are lives and we are happy as larry (never met this larry guy like). we have to acsept that some times we are just not good enough to break at team like that down we missed some vital players and the bog of a pitch we have at the reebok dont help and a padantic prick of a ref also spoilt the tempo we usualy set. on a possitive note andranik was impressive when he came on but i would like to see him play in the middfield with nolan next to him to create more space for him to pick out passes

the guy was one of the worst i have seen in a long time, he was rite infront of the tackle on nolan and didt give anything then for the rest of the game he tried his best to stop the game at every single possible point for anything and everything.

i dout that very much we more oftern than not strugle against fulham saying that i think the watford game will be the big test and we will get three points tonight as long as we are in the mood.

it will do him the a world of good to be there hopefully he will get used to scoring goals and come back with some much needed experience.

last week i hold my hands up he was awfull but so were the rest of the team this week i dont think he was that bad he didt have a great first half but in secound he got better and did everything expected of him. if we can bring in another right back that is better i wont be to disapointed to see him go and sit on the bench but for the moment got to just stick with him.

i agree he has to go but only on loan, for me he would bennifit from a few months in the lower leagues to get some conferdence back hes not even doing the business in the reserves at them moment.
