take one look at charlton last year they went and got rid of dowie to soon without giving him a chance i would rather give him till at the very least christmas and if we are still in the bottom three things should be looked at again for maybe someone with more experience to come in and try and save us from the drop. i did not aprove of his appointment when he was given the job but he is in the job and he is trying to do something different to make his own mark on the club. the radical changes that he is trying to pull off were never going to click straight away. just got to try and pull together now and lift the players to perform and with time things might become good over time.
