I’d be happy with that … No we’re still short need another striker , defensive midfielder and full back . Keeper I would be counting schon and tutu as wingers so that’s 12 midfielders if the Swedish lad comes in so we need to off load expect one of shehan , Tomo or Dempsey still to go and hopefully the guy from Celtic up front . If we didn’t and had a full squad we’d have to deregister another player for him to be included and I think it’s Schu’s intention that he is so I’d expect him to be in the squad from the start. Quote

And what if he doesn’t get fit? We’ve wasted a spot. Assuming we don’t bring someone in (which is not the plan according to reports), why don’t we just leave the spot vacant until we’re sure Vic can play (debatable point!) or a free agent becomes available? Yes, Lolos will go (I don't think he featured on Saturday against Tranmere) and Dan will go. I think SS sees Dempsey as an attacking mid who offers a different kind of option to Randall (almost certain we'll see a lot of him next season) and McAtee. It'll be hard to move him on anyway as he is still injured. We've 5 wingers by my reckoning so i do expect possibly CMG (fitness / attitude) or Schon (lack of pace) to go. And I think Sheehan will be the one to go if another midfielder comes in. Coming in I agree - it'll be a Goalkeeper, Left Back, Centre Forward (and maybe a midfielder) Quote
