Attendance for the Arsenal game

How many do you think will be on at the Reebok? I hope it is a sell out but I can't see it myself. Does anybody have any ideas how the tickets are selling?

I don't think Arsenal will sell anywhere near their allocation, especially as they are shelling out for tonights game. I would guess at an attendance of 22K..................which is pretty poor really

Plenty queing yesterday for them, but the sodding machine was fooked so they had to ring the bank for debit card transactions- better waiting 56 minutes on the phone- if you an get someone to perform oral sex on you to pass the time that is

arsenal are bringing 3500 max.

tickets selling well but there some to bo technology problems at the ticket office.

i wonder if mr gartside will apologise to fans for the problems.

it aint the fault of the guys in the ticket office.

Indeed Ian- Mr Halliday was very apologetic, but like you say not there fault.

Just seems to always be somert where BWFC are concerned

After weighing up all the variables ??? live BBC coverage, KO time, opposition, weather, apathy, away following, tax man payments ect?????? Undies says 23,728.

BTW it will be a 1-1 :-$

Undies, currant prediction champion from the previous round.

if theyre sendin out emeithers offerin tickets then it doesnt look promissing!

26004

25,452

23456 or 23457

if i can find my ticket. :D

25,001

20,035

20,356 - due to kick-off time, and the fact thats its on TV.

And those who have tried to buy tickets via the phone, have died waiting on hold thus reducing the crowd

under 20k i reckon

rovers fan i work with said:

"We???ve only sold 18,000 tickets for Sunday??? and 6k of them are Leicester fans. Grrrrr!"

Under 20K.

As the ticket office number is 0871, can anyone confirm that that costs 10p a minute to call, if you are kept waiting 50 mins that's a fiver!!!

Then ??1.50 rip off fee, it's a ragging scandal!!!

Course, you can go down and queue up, it's only about -5 at Icestation Reebok and half an hour to queue up alongside people wanting Coldplay tickets.

I'm going to email the BEN.

hope your right, that means blackburn have sold only 11,000 that is shameful.

Under 20K.

granny posted something about this

i THINK 0870's are 15p, and 1's 7 and a half

i just did the whole thing n a few minutes, at 12.30 when you may imagine theyd be busy

got mine via fax!

cant you get a ticket from the stand in the market hall in bolton?

cant you get a ticket from the stand in the market hall in bolton?

I heard you can

:-$

I'd imagine you can, do the club promote this? Is that site connected to the ticket office so that I can purchase my ticket? I dunno.

Anyway, I want confirmation that the ticket office 0871 line charges as there is no mention of it on the website. Office of Fair Trading anyone?

So to recap, before I email anyone:

Should we fail to fill The Reebok this Saturday for the game against Arsenal, I'm sure that Phil "Man of the People" Gartside will have his say in the BEN and any other paper that will listen.

People have struggled to get through to the ticket office via phone to obtain their tickets, people have reportedly spent up to an hour on hold.

The ticket office is an 0871 number, which from my quick research incurs a 10p a minute charge to call, surely this can't be right??? Is this meant to encourage people to buy tickets? Oddly, there is no mention of a charge or otherwise on the BWFC website, if there is a charge then they are probably breaking the law.

The club then charges ??1.50 administration fee for each ticket application, this covers the cost of an envelope and a stamp to post out the tickets, huh? Again, is this meant to encourage people?

We have invested a small fortune in the much heralded Teamcard technology, why can't I phone up and just have my card activated for the Arsenal game? Indeed, why can't I do this completely online?

I could physically go to The Reebok to purchase tickets and avoid the ??1.50 rip off fee, again people have reportedly had to queue over 30 minutes in freezing conditions at Ice Station Reebok. And that was before they started selling Coldplay tickets!

Just another example of BWFC being Premier League on the pitch and non-league off it.
