I'm really not ??rsed either way.

However, I'm a little disappointed in some of the small and narrow minds on here, owned by people I thought better of. To not want to sign a decent footballer because he plays / played for United is absolutely f??cking ridiculous.

It's no f??cking wonder they laugh at us and call us yonners and thick inbreds.

Traf,

hates United the club.

i hate united and i hate roy keane.

it is very easy when coming to the end of your carear to slag off the young players in the team. which is what he did.

he might not have been happy with the preperations for the world cup but what gives him the right to go public and slag all and sundry ?

i think he is past his best, maybe we could get a good half season out of him. if city fans can watch cole.........

if sam signs him i wont rip up my ticket i wont boycott games (i never turn up anyway :D )

but i just hope we dont sign the potato eating pikey bastard.

We only need a good half a season from him.

I think ??20k a week till June is a good deal for us and him.

A thick inbred? I couldn't give a flying f**k what they call us.

Not only is Keane a total c*nt, he's also injury-prone & won't even get into our team. He'll expect a huge signing on fee, and I don't believe for a second that he'll sign for us unless we make him joint-highest earner. Can you imagine his reaction if Sam told him he was sitting an important game out? He'd be more trouble than he's worth.

F*ck Keane & f*ck off to anyone who thinks he'd be a good addition to our squad.

All in all PB I think you are the voice of reason on this one

Some things are not open to compromise, signing Roy Keane should be one of them.

Look at the shite he caused at United - does he offer enough to justify risking the spirit that we have at the moment? When we are going so well? When Faye is doing so well? Does he fcuk.

Voice of Reason??

"In Sam we Trust" - What happened to that or are we all of a sudden questioning Sams decision making when it comes to signings?

I wonder how Sam will react if FORK takes off and actually stops us signing a player Sam obviously is interested in(like it did @Brum), regardless of who he used to play for (would this be an issue if he hadnt played for Manure?) - Sam is interested and that should be enough really!!!

If Keane's attitude is not right, Sam will know when he sits down with him - like he has done with countless other players.

If his injuries are a worry - again a highly expensive medical team will advise against his signing like they have done on others.

So if he gets past his Medical and Sam wants to sign him because he would be an addition to the squad....End of arguement in my book. But I suppose I am not that bitter about Man Ure as some people may be

signing for Celtic on Monday morning.

FACT.

signing for Celtic on Monday morning.

FACT.

Was going to add that. If we have only offered ??20k there is every chance that he would end up at Celtic as they could match that.

what if

we signed him

and

he scored the winner against Man Utd at the Reebok giving us our first win over them at the Reebok

eh eh

what if that eh

especially if he than ran over to the Utd end doing an aeroplane celebration crashing into the corner flag, and then pulling his shirt above his head representing "duncan edwards without his f??cking head"

what are the chances of it being icy in April?

I'm not bitter towards United...but Keane is a trouble causer who was only tolerated because of his ability.

I trust Sam, but I just cannot see what Roy Keane would bring to us at this stage except a massive risk, big expense and an extra body on the injury table.

I don't want him to come to us, I can dress it up in a million different ways, but that's the bottom line.

Can imagine all the scum fans who were chanting his name when he left saying, 'he's shite anyway' if he comes to Bolton

In Sam we trust.

The same as I trusted him when he signed Dioufy on loan. We had people on here saying he was a loose cannon. Fans of other teams hate him the way we hate Savage (and, currently, Keane!). The thing is, Diouf is a loose cannon! We put up with him because he's OUR loose cannon!

If Keane came, I personally would put up with him for two reasons:

1. If Sam thinks he'll be good for the squad, I see no reason why I should think he'd be anything except good for the squad.

2. He may be a gary neville at the moment but the minute he signed for The Mighty Whites he's OUR gary neville and I'd defend his right to be in any team Sam picked!

he'd bring much needed back up in january / february

make the squad bigger and thus give us a better chance of progressing/competing in the league and cups

that's not just keane mind, but any decent players we sign in january

can't name any others with such talent and experience available on a free in january, not off top of mi head anyway

I say sign him.

As long as we give him squad number 58.

I say sign him.

As long as we give him squad number 58.

brilliant jj absolutely brilliant. =D>

I have never read a thread and felt so angry angry-smiley-042.gif Some of you bastards would sell your soul to the devil. I don't give a f??ck what age he is or if he's injury prone, the bloke is a nasty piece of work, he is scum, the lowest of the low and he played for them tw??ts.

I will not go to any match if he is wearing a white shirt.. . FACT... FACT... FACT. When he leaves the club I will start going again.

My message to anyone who supports this signing is GO F??CK YOURSELF!

"In Sam we trust".. my arse.

Some of you f??ckers would sell your granny for the right price do you have no morals this c??nt has spent his whole career bullying and assaulting fellow professionals and in some cases trying to break their leg and end their career. If he had been playing for any other club he could have had a lifetime ban from playing professionally.

The redscum fans adore him and chant his name does this not mean anything to you, they would chant his name when we played them. Does this not mean anything to you you sad judas tw??ts angry-smiley-037.gif MUFC have supported him at tribunals and in interviews even though they know what a low-life he really is and he has f??cked them off because there is only one thing important to Roy Keane and that is Roy Keane.

His countrymen travel far and wide and pay big money to support the national team and he walked out on them half way through a major competition leaving a weaker team behind that had less chance of bringing success for the passionate fans that worship him, and some of you deluded morons would pay to watch this grade 'A' W??nker in a Bolton Wanderers shirt angry-smiley-055.gif angry-smiley-002.gif

Keane would be a mistake.. a big time charlie with a bad attitude. 35 years old and no better than anyone we have... why would we go for the munich pussy?

I HATE Roy Keane =;

I don't give a f??ck if he's 35 or 25, better or worse than what we've got
