April 15, 200620 yr cant agree more we should have kept him on but we lost it by giving the soft goal b4 half time, guted
April 15, 200620 yr I think Sam needs to explain this, he had the best chance of the half and looked lively. Disgraceful decision, especially as Campo, who was at fault for the opening goal, stayed on.

April 15, 200620 yr One question and one question only: who gave the ball away for the first goal? Clue, he likes spinning around 360 degrees and falling over a lot.
April 15, 200620 yr One question and one question only: who gave the ball away for the first goal? Clue, he likes spinning around 360 degrees and falling over a lot. Campo, mistakes happen by every player, but he is the only player in our team at the moment who looks like he can find a white shirt. Its so stressfull watchin everyone else trying to find a pass that just isn't there, consistently giving the ball away.
April 15, 200620 yr After Gardner, Campo was our best player. Ok he gave away the free kick that led to the first goal but he was the only one able to pass the ball. Vaz Te went off because he wasn't creating enough. I think Borghetti should have stayed on. He had a good first half. The referee was crap. He should have sent Drogba off. A yellow card for the hand ball and a yellow for not going to the ref.

April 15, 200620 yr what confuses me is taking off Borgetti and Vaz Te at half time given they'd played alright 1st half - they should've stayed on till the hour at least the timing of this substitution and that of Borgetti and Diouf against Utd has left me baffled

Good one ref
April 15, 200620 yr very strange substitutions........very even first half, but 2nd half was hopeless, chelsea were very solid and passed in quite nicely but it was shockingly easy for them

Good one ref he did the same first half when he had a run in with bruno. ref wlake dover to him when essien had a run in with campo ref went to book them both and realised had already booked essien i still do nt knw why campo was nt booked for the foul for the first goal
April 16, 200620 yr No dis respect to Vaz Te cause i think he could be a very good player. However, Sam was right to take him off today because he comes across as lazy, IMO, and if Stelios found himself in the position Vaz Te found himself in today, we would have been one nil up and it would all have been a different story. A loan deal to the likes of Leeds would do him no harm.
April 16, 200620 yr if Stelios found himself in the position Vaz Te found himself in today, we would have been one nil up as at liverpool 8-[
April 16, 200620 yr Was away at the time so missed the match. Still, i dont believe that Vaz te has the same quality about him that Stelios does......and he certainly doesnt have the commitment.

I agree with Carlos saying that Campo cost us the first goal. The cheating tw??t should be fined a weeks wages and f??cked off back to Spain at the end of the season. There is no room in a Bolton Wanderers team for a cheating johnny foreigner with a bad attitude, these type of players are coming into the English game and ruining it. He just plays to the crowd all the time and there are loads of mugs in the crowd that fall for it. He has got a level of skill that is acceptable for the Premier league but then goes out with the intention to cheat the ref. If he has a choice of tackling for the ball or going for the players legs you know what he is going to do, if he is favourite to win a header he just has to climb on the defender's back and give a free-kick away. About 25 minutes before he hacked down the Chelsea player that cost us the game there was an incident just outside our box where a Chelsea player was half way on the floor with the ball near his feet and Campo could have easily poked the ball away but chose to tap at the player's ankles. Lampard had a free shot in his favourite position. He is a disgrace rant rant rant

And yes he does give away stupid free kicks, but he was the only player to find a white shirt yesterday, and i thought he was our best player. Before he got injured earlier in the season,he was playing the best football since he arrived at the club imo.

Does this include Ben Haim for getting himself sent off with a needless foul on the foul Essien. (See what I did there)

April 17, 200620 yr Author He played ok in the first half. He was the only player who was lively for us. Why were you not at the match? Part timer I am not there because they're not playing well, but I have other personal issues to deal with at home, which is a lot more important to me. So, don't question my whereabouts, without knowing my reasons for not going.
