Good call. Hasn't Moss Bank Park got an entertainment licence now for music and such like.

 

Plenty of parking space as well :^o

Frank Sidebottom tickets are selling like hot cakes :^o

I remember seeing the Buzzcocks at Blackburn King Georges Hall in 1978,the drummer bounced one of his sticks off a kids head for gobbing at him. Later on Shelley sez " Last time we came here,you were throwing beer mats,now yer spitting at us - fcuk off" then they walked off stage never to return. Big soft girly screamers

I'd be up for Buzzcocks, as would a lot of regulars down our local..... quite a lot of old school punks amongst them.

What's the crack with The Soundhouse - thought that was meant to be the new venue in town? Heard it holds 400-500 comfortably.

 

Does anyone know how many Albert Hall will hold for SLF? They are taking the seats out, so just wondered. (I've already ordered 5 tickets thru a contact at a vastly discounted price).

If it was the 'Celebrating 25years of Punk' weekend I was at that one, and it was brilliant. Buzzcocks were the last band on after a long day and they were superb.

One of the best gigs that I have ever been to was Buzzcocks at Silverwell Street It was '77 or '78. A great atmosphere when they eventually turned up, in the true rock n roll style.
