Moaning about friendly results, not happy about the none activity in the transfer market and we???ve just beaten a team that some people have tipped to break in the top 4. OK, it???s only the first match of the season, and there is plenty of time for us to be bitten on the arse, but it has kept the stay away doom mungerers quiet hasn???t it.

Everyone that has not bought a season ticket because we haven't bought anyone big or because we play unattractive football. I bet your gutted that you sat at home whilst we performed like that against such a "big" team.

theres some facking shite in that programme.

All the history we've got with Spurs to reflect on and they devote a page to El Hadji Diouf's favourite Senegalese foods.

I was quite comfortable sat at home thank you very much, I had my little lad sat with me in one arm and an ice cold frosty in the other explaining to him what its all about and he loved it when we scored!!!! PRICELESS

Now if I was at the game I wouldn't of seen him like that and today I would be too hungover to do anything so f??ck off

What a load of old rubbish, did you actually think about that before you posted it?

And before you start, I do have a season ticket, and I still didn't attend yesterday

To be fair to the moaning stay aways some have come out and given praise to yesterdays result. And if they did watch it on the box they will be just as happy with the result and performance as the people who did attend. They are still boreing whinging feckers though :D

I didn't renew my season ticket,i went to yesterdays game and got behind the team as i always do.Dont know why so many people are so concerned about others not renewing, doesnt mean we dont support the team anymore.

we could be on the verge of a really great bolton team, it is possible we will spend next week the biggest transfer fee in boltons history, instead of sepia pictures of bolton winning the F.A. cup 50 years ago for the first time in my life, we have a serious chance of winning something, with the best bolton manager since bill ridding contemplating leaving the club because of lack of support, i think it is strange that at this crucial time in the development of what i feel is a new BWFC a club that is looking forward instead of backward, that supporters are choosing to not watch the club in large numbers, that is what pisses me off, i look forward to the youth of bolton coming through and replacing the miserable old whingers.

I've got to say my initial reaction was 'gutted' when I stepped into the ground yesterday.

So many empty seats. It looked piss poor. Jaaskelainen, Davies, etc - players that have pledged their futures to the club, wear the shirt with pride, and having to perform in front of empty stands. Not on.

Each season you can expect a few people to not renew. But not in the mass numbers that have occured this summer.

I think we need to know the full reasons for this. List them and get them discussed with the club.

It looks like HW has got something in place, so best if some constructive criticism and fresh ideas are put forward.

The stewards yesterday seemed okay for once. Less visible and annoying.

Says you who only decided to renew at the 11th hour after threatening not to!!!!

I didnt go.

I dont have a season ticket.

I am bored with todays reebok match day experience.

I miss the old days.

none of the 20 to 30 lads I went with in the 1980's and 90's now go, i was the last to give up my ST 3 years ago.

I think the Premier league has become boring this last 3 years, with 4-5-1 line ups.

But

Bolton are and always will be my team.

I thought we played well yesterday

the pre season gloom on here was unfounded

i enjoy banter on various boards

I will watch ppv or go down the local when they are televised

I first watched em in 67 and i've done my time on and off the terraces.

i've been to Bournmouth on Tues night etc.

I had a ST for 20+ of those years

I will go if to the Reebok if feel like it if I decide on the day or before.

I will no doubt get a cup final ticket if we ever get to one or a ticket for another big game if I want

finally

This part timer may annoy the fcuk out of some of you,

If it does, quite frankly my dears, i do not give a damn!

it does mean you don't support the team.

YOU AND THE SPECIAL ONE AND ALL THE OTHERS NOW FOLLOW THE TEAM .supporting means paying the club not sky t.v

how many times haveyou slagged off manc "fans" who don't know where old trafford is????

I was hardly full of optimism ahead of yesterdays game, thought we'd be in for a tough time.

It's amazing how 90 mins of football can make you believe once again, had the WC hampered my judgement? Who knows?! Anyhow I believe that we've proved that we have a great starting 11 players and team spirit, top half and hopefully with a class striker on board a European place is on the cards.

I would also like to see a creative midfielder and another defender, one that covers right back as well as centre back before the transfer deadline!

P.S I wonder how many people now decide to turn out against Watford who ducked yesterday?

Says you who only decided to renew at the 11th hour after threatening not to!!!!

For financial reasons. I was bluffing the club! They extended the deadline.

Victor, you seem to have missed the part where i stated that i WENT to the game (i paid for membership and for a match ticket) so i actually AM supporting the club directly.Incidentally those who chose to watch the game on sky are still contributing to the clubs finances indirectly by enableing the Premier League to negotiate multi-million pound deals with Sky to show live games,if televised games didn't have large audience's the money paid to clubs would drop accordingly.

Supporting the club has f??ck all to do with paying a fee to Sky.. It is to do with standing on an open terraced on a pisssing wet tuesday night in Bournemouth shouting the Whites on
