Smiley Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 great point carlos, what does concern me if Martins goes to newcastle, which i think he will despite pompeys efforts, pompey may then turn to anelka, offer more to fenerbahce and extra wages to anelka, and eith anelkas past record he will go for the money. The possibility that he has played in the North West twice previously could stand us in good stead.
