well dont book online/ phone if you dont want a booking fee! go to the ticket office before the boro game or midweek and buy some then. if our reseverves consist of vaz te, idan tal, obrien, walker / al habsi, stelios, fojut, johann smith and such i wont be complaining

I know for a fact Carlos has been to more matches than I have had hot dinners and if we get to a final the likes of him should be getting tickets regardless of whether he pays upwards of 50 quid to watch our reserves against a team that I couldn't name one player.

I can't recall the last home league cup match I missed so yes I'll be going to any final, thanks. This is an away game, get a fecking grip. I've been to enough leauge cup games recently to know we won't put out a full strength team, we didn't in the UEFA Cup games so I doubt we are going to start now.

I go to all cup games for that reason, if we get to a final i want to have been to, and hold ticket stubs of all the games that got us there, i did it when we made the carling cup final but all the matches were at home apart from the away leg of the semi at villa. if we won i was gonna frame them all together.

i doubt we will play our reserves we play a mix of first team with a sprinkling of first season proffesionals like fojut, johan smith, if we took 1500, i think the atmosphere will be bang on, add to that leave at 4 and you will be there for 5.30 good few beers before and s stop off on the way home and you will still get back for midnight making it a good away day in my opinion.

Dilemma

 

I have a Geography field trip to North Wales on the 19th Sept - 22nd Sept, and this will help a lot with my A Level Studies.

 

Since we drew Walsall in the cup, I have wanted to go, and dont fancy missing out because I have to go and study Geography for three days. F??ck knows why the teacher has arranged the trip for now, because he's a Wanderers fan too

 

My excuse could be that I want to focus on my three other subjects in the three days I will be absent, but not sure whether that will work.

 

Your thoughts please.

Going to try and make the effort for this one, with Portsmouth and Newcastle away not on a Saturday and on Sky Blackburn will be my next trip and i don't think i can wait that long to sample my first away trip of the season, i couldn't make Charlton

I often spend much more than that for away games on booze etc (as I'm sure some on here would testify), but to say that's the reason why you can't do it for ??50 is a bit obtuse really.

 

Either way I aint going anyway, but fair play to those that do!

im deffo going, last time i went to walsall i think ricketts got the winner and i dont want that being my only memory of the place plus the next away game i can go will be blackburn if i dont go and thats ages off. The international break already seems like its been on a month, plus i love away games to crappy little teams at crappy little stadiums
