It could just be the press guessing again though because wern't we linked with him in January, so now he is in contract talks they think that we might be after him again.

June 11, 200719 yr If Fat Sam was in charge he would have come out by now and said we were 4 weeks into negotiations with some player we are still only in the early days of signing but there are a million reasons why we may not get him. Little Sam seems to be doing things behind the scenes and not advertising players to the world. I prefer this. All this guessing and rumours of players like Gillespie are rubbish IMO.
