Todays Attendance

Featured Replies

The facts are that people appear to be deserting us in droves (I know, I know - w@nkstain JCL's who we could do without anyway. Certainly not hard core loyal; they are still attending).

The fact could be that these JCL's (what are they coming lately to exactly?) if that is what they are, are not the core fanbase by definition, they are JCLs. So if they are leaving then you are left with the core fanbase. You don't want these "wankstains" supporting your team, looks like you're getting your wish? Or do you want your cake and eat it?

Perhaps a less offensive acronym may be CF's - Casual Fans.

Why have the CFs left?

*Quality of football/entertainment isn't good enough

*Lacklustre summer transfer signings

*Relegation battle - every team loses support when in the drop zone

*Poor replacement for Allardyce, replaced by another uninspiring choice leading to the CFs feeling a poor season was/is in the offing

*Being called Johnny Come Lately's by their more "worthy" contemporarys?

They haven't dropped prices. If they had, i wouldn't have made the point.

They are charging the normal cup tie price against Aris

When they dropped prices an extra 8,000 Bolton fans turned up against Rabotnicki compared to how many Bolton fans turned up against Braga and Man City when they didn't drop prices

now there's the problem, you're now expecting cup prices to be reduced as the norm and no longer is a ?10 cup ticket considered a deal!

this reminds me of a mate who went to uni in hull

a pub had a happy hour where they did pints of lager for 20p

when he returned in his second year it'd gone up to 50p and as such people stopped going

Why not just ?10 for everyone?

Because then ST holders would complain that they get no special treatment.

?10 for everyone, concessions & kids a quid.

If no-one turns up, then they can justifyably claim thats theres no point in reducing prices.

Eggs-ferking-actly.

this should be compared with boro ticket prices in which case it's cheaper.

the club have reduced ticket prices from normal ticket prices.

what happens if the norm becomes ?5 a ticket then we draw a really unfasionable team, people with then say it was a fiver to see us play team x why isn't it less to see us play team y?

I know it's a tired old view, and some people say they'll never return - but if a club the size of Bayern Munich can have terraced areas for league games, why can't we? :pardon: Imo terraced sections at the Reebok and other EPL grounds would create a great atmosphere.

I don't think the police & the FA would allow it, f?ck knows why as the coppers at the Reebok seem bored sh?tless on matchdays.

Also stewarding would be a big problem, that mongalong bald one with the orange-blue jacket who stands at the bottom of the ESL/South Stand (you know, ugly f?cker with a gay ear-ring) would have a heart attack.

Good to hear Crew 86 Jnr will be starting out on the right path :good:

I said when he was born that if/when he asks to go to watch a match I'll take him and only to see Bolton.

Now that day, a day I thought wouldn't happen as come...........

Today spent ?40 at the club shop!! Fleece, glooves, hat, scarf etc (he already got a black top with his name and number 8)

So the club have had ?70 out of me, not complaining, yet :pardon:

I'll be getting his ticket as soon as they are on sale.

When I walked around the ground to the shop I thought about the match (Brum) I'm taking him to and to be honest for various reasons had a lump in my throat, god knows what I'll be like on the day!!

Tell you what I forgot how fcuking cold it is up there :shok: We'll look like this

'If you book them...they will come." .............

Sorry Waynes world...

If the Whites win a few...post-660-1194984360_thumb.jpg...........they will come (the floaters) float on.

same bloke doesn't save being a bell end for match days he also shut the bar just before we got served at the oasis concert few years back.

So you are a rascist as well, I was wondering what Jewish or asianstani attributes are? Of course I have an over inflated opinion of myself, it's not hard when i'm talking to an aussie.

Oh dear, if you are going to use the weakest insult available to a simpleton, at least learn to spell it right. As far as 'attributes' go I was referring to a persecution complex which you and some of the people mentioned seem to be blessed with.

Just to put the record straight, I married an Italian and my best mate in the world is a black Jamaican so a racist I must clearly be.

Also, being born at Townleys and living in Tonge Moor for 33 years are prerequistes for being an Aussie.

Well done, your parents must be very proud of you.

I'm glad your back Fathead. Your insightfulness is sorely missed

I am fairly sure that I corrected the heinous insult of JCL's later in the piece by referring to them as 'floating supporters', but, if my JCL comment lured you out of temporary retirement, my efforts have been richly rewarded

Is the ponytailed one not more annoying? No, I don't mean Carlos, he's thought better these days, the Orange warrior with a slap head and a ponytail. How ridiculous is that?

Nay lass, the bald bloke stands at the front of the ESL eye-balling everyone in there. He can't possibly be beaten.........I'm going to nominate him for ?rshole of the year :good:

And what was that in aid of? I also haven't been anywhere, but glad you missed me anyway.

They're still wankstains though I presume?

Is it something about adding "58" onto the end of a nickname on this forum that makes the poster a grade A pussy?

That for bolty? He's the one calling large parts of the fanbase wankstains, and apparently I'm fathead. Strange really as trotter58 used the same "hilarous" name. Same person perhaps, or is there something in the 58 suffix theory?

1) Apologies - my selective reading syndrome must have been kicking in again.

2) Apologies - they are far worse than that :D

3) Apologies - in my case it is my waste measurement but I am trying to do something about it. Grade A pussy? I can think of nothing more desirable.

Right Mr. Shaft! Just because you're allowed to swear and generally be more loutish on here than on TW which we all know you frequent, doesn't mean to say you can take advantage & get all pissy with folk. Mr. Bolty is a fine upstanding citizen and I admire him. So leave it out, eh?

Now put your handbags down girls and play nice!
