Rembrandt
You expect UFEA to be organised; you will expect the ticket office to answer the phones next Nope. I well know UEFA are cr*p at rocket science.

trotter58
I'd also add : why can't every club that qualifies for the Champions League or UEFA Cup or InterToto Cup have a basic set of info lodged with UEFA by the time each competition starts every year. Stuff like capacity, minimum away allocation, disabled/wheelchair access, security and the rest. Then ever club has basic info as soon as a draw is made, and it can be additionally tailored to particular requirements if necessary.Oh, sorry. Sounds like rocket science, huh. Isn't that exactly what does happen? UEFA set a minimum allocation for visiting supporters based on ground capacity. If you know the capacity of the ground it's pretty simple to work out what the initial allocation is going to be. Whether we get any more tickets will be down to a number of other factors, which is why the two clubs meet beforehand to discuss security, etc.

Mounts Kipper
Marseille fell smack bang in the middle of half term holidays. Madrid away is the week after.3000 will be more than enough - TMG have just sold their first and only plane, pretty sure they took about 3 or 4 planes to Marseille. it is a little easier to get on your own steam to Madrid and I think most have booked it themselves.
