March 17, 200818 yr those that live on the site on hall lane do pay council tax though don't they? how the f?ck would I know, I don't mingle with them the ones that used to live on Red Moss Tip (before the Reebok was built) used to come in and rob Tesco everyday, they even tried to break in once through the roof when i was working a night shift, they threatened staff and customers and generally acted like tw?ts, when I lived in Cambridge they tw?tted a neighbours son and daughter for petting one of their horses those and watching Snatch are the only experiences I've had of gypos, and until a positive experience occurs (either one of my own or publicised) there is nothing you or basil brush could do to change my opinion in fact, go down to Hall Lane and find out for yourself, I bet they are more than forthcoming in helping you and your defence of them
March 17, 200818 yr Never had any problems with Gypsies of any type really apart from one lad trying to kick off with me in McDonalds but then many non Gypsie scroats have tried kicking off with me. March 17, 200818 yr The only way round all this is to hate everyone equally. Some drug dealers are black, so I hate all blacks. Some gyppos are theives, so I hate them too. There are a LOT of really revolting white people, so most of them I am none too keen on. You can't be too careful with Muslims are some of them have an overly aggressive, shall we say, interpretation of their faith which makes them want to saw people's heads off and murder a lot of people. So I don't like any of them. I find that treating each and every person, apart from those who regardless of ethnicity you know, like and trust, with a seething and burning hatred is a good solution to the politically correct world we live in.

Anticipating, no doubt, the inevitable flood of complaints about the strip, the publishers included a "compensatory" story entitled "The Good Honest Gypsies" in the same issue. Nevertheless, the complaints did come, and the next issue contained a 'cut-out-and-keep' apology, subtitled "what every gypsy's been waiting for!" "Thieving Gypsy Bastards" a very short lived classic. Bloke stood near his garden gate "those lovely Romany folk are so friendly", whilst in the background they are climbing out of the window of his house and legging it across his garden with his TV and stereo" "Viz published an excellent strip cartoon in the early nineties called "The Thieving Gypsy Bastards". In it, a group of gypsies driving big flash American cars drive onto some bloke's front garden and set up camp. He protests but is ignored. When the gypsies climb onto his roof and start stripping off the lead flashing, he calls the police. The police quickly arrive, arrest him for racism and take him away in a Black Maria. At the same time a man from the Council turns up and installs all sorts of amenities in his garden for the gypsies to use, including a skip. At the end of the cartoon, the gypsies drive off, leaving behind them a half-ruined house, a garden strewn with filth and excrement, and an empty, untouched skip. It was admittedly somewhat heavy on stereotyping (even by Viz's standards) but I was ill laughing at it."
