Megson and Gartside wont be bothered. FACT. Full strength team was played so they couldnt get slated for playing the reserves. that team should of comfortably of won, you have to think why they didnt-I genuinely believe the players were told not to win as we have no ambition-only oner person at that club had ambition and he was shat on. Cahill red card however was not planned.

you're just a fcuking idiot

you're just a fcuking idiot

I don't normally agree with you BUT aye, I think you might be right.

you're just a fcuking idiot

tonight was a ragging disgrace Casino, so chuffed I made the journey from York to watch that, paid my money entitled to my opinion.

If thats not a piss take, then you are the most clueless fcuker on the planet.

Things are getting strange, I'm starting to worry

This could be a case for Mulder and Scully

I'm sure you are pissed off, and I would be too had I been arsed to turn up BUT conspiracy theories? Do you honestly think so?

course you are, and me to mine

or fcuking delusional

Are you on glue?

Sometimes it's not your night. The players should've played better, but when you concede a pen, get a man sent off, hit the post and have a last min goal disallowed - take it as providence.

Still annoyed that we didn't play the strongest team from the off.

Davies caused all sorts of problems when he came on.

When are big teams going to learn - play the strongest team from the

start, get a few up then take players off.

It beggars belief that any simpleton would think this for a second. Never mind be utterly f?cking clueless enough to post it on a message board for all to see what a c?ntshoveller they are.

Don't worry, he's just fishing

Davies caused all sorts of problems when he came on.

Bollocks.

Hey .... you're all quick to attack YW, but why is no-one working out why so many players looked disinterested last night ? Why was the side picked not better prepared ? What the f*ck were the tactics ? Why were the subs (and timing of) somewhat perverse once again ?

I'm not a believer in conspiracy theories, but I have to wonder why a club with a good cup reputation has become so cr*p at cup-ties.

Bad night at the office ? Nah, it's too regular & predictable for that.

Terrible Performance.

It's not rocket science - the players weren't arsed because they thought they'd be able to turn up and win comfortably. I highly doubt any manager would tell his side this - but the players are grown men and are professionals - they shouldn't need telling at the level they work/play at.

The reason we've become crap in the cup is because it is a long way behind the league in terms of priority. Right or wrong, the league is what matters more than anything, hence the players not focussing properly on a cup tie.

Luck wasn't on our side last night, had shittu's effort gone in off the post - we'd've won and all would be well this morning. Such is sport, such is life

It's a very, very, very long time since we were a club with a good cup reputation

That 11 should've won it.

The only fully fit player left out of the starting 11 was AOB.

The fringe players given their chance last night need to take a long hard look at themselves this morning. McCann especially.

Anyone who thinks megson and the players wanted to lose obviously weren't watching Megson go balistic every time some one fooked up. And Jussi looked proper pissed off at every mistake too.

One question is why replace riga when he looked dangerous and leave on Helgusson who was rotten all night.

Cus he wasn't fit enough for 90 mins and will be needed for weekend

Fair enough he did look knacked!

Cus he wasn't fit enough for 90 mins and will be needed for weekend

He looked/was a damn sight fitter than Helguson, who was absolutely shocking. He couldnt of won a header if grumpy and dopey were in defence for them. The substitutions were terrible, and terribly timed. The main problem was we were only allowed 3 subs when we needed to change half the team.

He looked/was a damn sight fitter than Helguson

1) Helguson won't play on Saturday, Riga being fit is more important, beating WBA is more important than a Carling Cup game.

2) Helguson needs to gain fitness if we're to sell him or keep him

3) My grandad is fitter than Helguson, and he's been dead 5 years

i thought everyone worked pretty damn hard, we were just beaten by a better, abeit slightly lucky team on the night.

no complaints here, well done northhampton.

Did you see the second goal? If you did then you can't possibly think we worked hard last night.

if northampton were better than our hard working premier league players, then I'd have one or two things to complain about

but I didn't go

so I ain't complaining
