December 19, 200817 yr Bolton manager Gary Megson has left the door open for new Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce to make a transfer raid on his former club in January, with striker Kevin Davies thought to be a target. (Daily Star) BBC Rumours Can't see it myself but i'll be gutted if it happens.
December 20, 200817 yr With you there. I don't get it either. Nor I. Looking back at his recent posts - I fookin Hate Megson with a capitol H. ...as long as this waste of space is in charge we shall never qualify for Europe again. Nowt wrong with a fookin good moan, Im, moaning all the time when watching that lot, it makes you fookin moan. Megsons team selection makes me moan, his failure to make subs makes me moan, $hite football makes me moan.......There`s many many more Bowtn fans moaning and they` moan for a long time as Meggo is boss. Before the City game - Failing that, Bolton will get nothing once more playing the system Meson seems to like. Good riddance Megson, we hope. ......Bolton win 2-0 His signings have been no better than the ones allowed to leave simple as. As one example, Matt Taylor, no better than what we already had. Megson has to go. Until that banker of a manager begins to play some form of attacking football, it will take more than offering free beer to entice fans back to see this pile of $hite. How many more games are we going to have to put up with the same boring style of football. ......and it just goes on and on and on!!! http://www.wanderersways.com/forum/index.p...sult_type=posts Edited December 20, 200817 yr by Sluffy
December 20, 200817 yr on what i've seen this season, i'd get shut for 'any reasonable offer'like hunt will never be better than steinnson, davies will never be as good as elmander get some cash, get the (currently) sulky fcuker out of the club (along with helgusson) and buy a back up striker and a proper wide right man on what i saw today, allardyce can fcuk off but, today was ideal for davies - up against a player similar to him a player he destroyed lasts eason at our place on a similar note, wtf does he have to do to get a free kick just a punch bag for pompey today

But fcuk me how wrong I was, he was back to his best today and scared the sh1t out of the whole Pompey defence. I admit there are games where he isn't as affective, but today he was at his best and is definitely starting to build a partnership with Elmander.

Allardyce, you try and unsettle him to play for you, & I will shit on your doorstep & piss on your alloys every day for the rest of your life!

You need to at least try and get your newly acquired fans onside? Edited December 21, 200817 yr by bolty58
December 21, 200817 yr Even at 3-0 up, a mate of mine who lives in Bolton but is an inbred season ticket holder, couldn't bring himself to join in the chants of "Big Sam blue and white army"
December 21, 200817 yr Did anyone else notice today how smug Allardyce was parading the Blackburn scarf across the pitch as though he was the long lost prodigal son. Yep, but you have to be born with a sixth finger.

Agreed - he just won two headers on the spin and he was stood there looking nails with the whole stand applauding him and I turned to the bloke next to me and said "I think I love him" I might have overdone it a bit.
