Was just coming on to say the same. Definate improvement to the first team so we cant really grumble imo. Cue loads of people moaning.

megson seems to have kicked gartside up the arse since he's come back from austria. 3 possible signings (znight, ricketts and lee chung young) in the space of 2 days. lets hope its true. that only then leaves 2 more signings megson wants to make (creative mid + striker). he did say he wanted all his business to be done before his pre-season tour. lets hope it all comes together!!

Prices are double what they were back then! For the record i reckon Faye was ok at best at centre half but a much better player in front of the back four in midfield.

Fair play to Megson he's getting the players he wants in even if he has to wait, i'm certain he will bring in a creative midfielder and probably a striker

If true I think its a great signing to Partner Cahill.

So since Megson got back into work on Tuesday he's apparently secured Chung-Yong, Ricketts and Knight but we've not seen hide nor hair of em pitchside with a wanderers shirt/scarf and Ginger Gary

I like the way Megson does business, no formal announcements of his targets, just works on them quietly and is willing to wait if he thinks the deal isn't right. IMHO he'll get Knight and his other two signings done before the end of pre-season

Great work by the club, that's a decent price for a seasoned Prem centre back with his best years in front of him. Credit where it's due.
